For the 2025 Spring season, the club format is as follows:

All Players:
- New and experienced players are welcome
- All players must have an active membership with USA Lacrosse
- All players must provide the required equipment
- March in the Town of Hyde Park Memorial Day Parade (optional)
U6 Co-ed Clinic
- Open to girls and boys in Pre-K and Kindergarten
- Practices will be on Tuesdays from 6:00pm to 6:45 pm
- This age group will run as a 45-minute skills clinic, focused on learning the basic skills and concepts of lacrosse
U8 Girls
- Open to girls in grades 1 and 2
- Practices will be on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6 to 7:30 pm at North Park Elementary School
- Intra-squad or inter-town recreational games are typically on Saturday morning or early afternoon
U10 Girls
- Open to girls in grades 3 and 4
- Practices will be on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6 to 7:30 pm at North Park Elementary School
- Intra-squad or inter-town recreational games are typically on Saturday morning or early afternoon
U12 Girls
- Open to girls in grades 5 and 6
- Practices will be on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6 to 7:30 pm at North Park Elementary School
- Intra-squad or inter-town recreational games are typically on Saturday morning or early afternoon
U14 Girls – Numbers Permitting
- Open to girls in grades 7 and 8
- Practices will be on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6 to 7:30 pm at North Park Elementary School
- Many 7th and 8th graders play modified or high school lacrosse and we typically don’t have enough players to field a full team. As a result, U14 will likely be practice only.
U8 Boys
